1.新鲜的平菇洗净。用手撕成块。焯一下水。这个一定要煮完全熟透。

2.蒜苗切段,大葱,切斜刀。

3.洗净的平菇过凉。沥干水分备用。

4.热锅起油。放入平菇,翻炒。再放入大蒜。大葱以及蒜苗加一点盐。

5.勾个薄欠条点鸡精,翻炒。
